Making simple asparagus & enoki mushroom bacon rolls
Today is a super simple bacon dish. I like both enoki mushroom bacon rolls and asparagus bacon rolls, so I rolled them up.lol Bacon rolls are salty, so it's good as a side dish for rice or lunch boxes, and it's a dish that goes well with alcohol.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare the ingredients.
I prepared Thai mini asparagus because there were only too large domestic asparagus like a club at the mart.
You can prepare it if it's the right size.
STEP 2/8
Wash the asparagus clean and peel it with a potato knife.
It was small, so I laid it on the cutting board and peeled it off.
And cut it in half.

Cut the dirty part of the root of enoki mushroom in big pieces and cut it in half.
STEP 4/8
Add an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms and roll them.
Place bacon tips downward to prevent opening.
STEP 5/8
Add 3 pieces of mini asparagus and roll it.
STEP 6/8
When you grill it, you have to grill the end of the bacon to make it stick well.
When the bottom is golden brown, bake evenly over bacon and sides.
STEP 7/8
Asparagus is hard and can't be cooked well, so when the bacon is cooked evenly, cover it with a perforated pan or lid and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Put it nicely on a plate and sprinkle parsley on it.
