Making egg scrambled brunch using bacon chips (feat. baked beans
I made a simple but plausible brunch menu with the remaining ingredients at home. Crispy bacon chips are an attractive dish.

  • Whipping cream
    100ml
  • Sugar
    1t
  • Salt
    0.5t
  • Butter
    1T
  • Baked Bean
    5~6T

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Place bacon in air fryer without overlapping. Bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes.
STEP 2/11
Turn it over once and continue to bake when it's been about 5 minutes.
STEP 3/11
Chop the cooked bacon chips into small pieces with scissors.
STEP 4/11
Add 100ml of whipped cream to 3 eggs.
STEP 5/11
Add 1t of sugar and 0.5t of salt to this.
STEP 6/11
And mix it well.
STEP 7/11
Add butter to frying pan and coat well.
STEP 8/11
Pour all the egg mixture here and when it starts to cook slightly, make scrambled eggs by pushing them up and down with a spatula. Turn off the heat when it's about 80% cooked and cook over a remaining heat. Then it's done!
STEP 9/11
Now place egg scrambled eggs on a plate and top with baked beans.
STEP 10/11
Sprinkle a little parsley and pepper on top of it.
STEP 11/11
It's a soft egg scramble that's good for brunch.
You have to cook only about 80% of the egg scramble, turn off the heat, and cook it over a small heat to eat it gently.
