I made this spam accordion because my son asked me to make a dish that is popular on SNS. It took a lot of work, but after making it, the visuals are really good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Please prepare a small spam and take it out.

Dip it in hot water for a while to remove the grease.
STEP 3/15
It's pretty when the cheese is yellow, but I think white is good. I think it'll be a prettier color.

Place the yellow lid on the bottom of the spam and cut it evenly.
You can't cut it until the end, so if you cut it with a yellow lid, it prevents you from cutting it until the end. Since I've used the knife 12 times, it's coming out evenly.

Since the spam length is about 9.5cm, you can cut it to 0.7cm, so you can do it about 12 times.
If you're not confident, you'd better calculate it in advance and use a knife.

If you don't use one sheet of square yellow cheese and cut it horizontally, you'll get four.
Since I cut spam 12 times, I used 3 slices of cheese, so I got 12 pieces.

It's good because it's easy to cut evenly and doesn't cut completely when you put the lid on the can. Mix Cheongyang red pepper with mayonnaise to make it less greasy.
