STEP 1/12

Mix the soybean paste (5 spoons) in anchovy broth (5 cups), add all the ingredients at once, and simmer.
And I adjusted the concentration with perilla powder.
I like perilla powder, so I put in a lot of it, but you can put it in as much as you like, and if you have grain powder other than perilla seeds, it's okay to put it's okay.

Sesame oil and sesame seeds are added to the soybean paste, but I didn't put them in because they were too savory and delicious.
And I wanted to feel the scent of pumpkin leaves and perilla leaves, so I didn't put in sesame oil, but you can put it in to your taste.

Buy the peeled pumpkin leaves and wash them thoroughly back and forth.
Put the washed pumpkin leaves on a steamer, boil the water for about 5 minutes, turn it upside down and steam for another 1 minute, turn off the heat and let it steam for about 1 minute.
You can steam it as much as you want, and if you don't know, check if it's cooked.
And do not rinse in cold water and dry naturally.
That way, you can feel the bitter and sweet taste of pumpkin leaves.

Blanch perilla leaves in boiling water.
You can eat it raw, so you can cook it as much as you like.
