STEP 1/9
Cut 1/2 cucumber into bite-size pieces, and chop chives into 5cm long pieces. (You don't have to put a lot of vegetables because you use various vegetables.)
STEP 2/9
Slice 1/4 onions thinly.
STEP 3/9
Slice carrots thinly and thinly.
STEP 4/9
Chop the eggplant peppers (green peppers) and shake off the pepper seeds.
STEP 5/9
Remove perilla leaves by hand and put them in.
STEP 6/9
Put all the prepared vegetables in a bowl and mix them with sesame oil, sesame salt, and sugar. (If you want to lose the sweetness, don't add sugar.)
STEP 7/9
Make the sauce. If you add minced garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, and red pepper powder to the commercial red pepper paste, you can eat it more deliciously.
STEP 8/9
Cut the self-cooked whelks into bite-size pieces.
STEP 9/9
Put the whelk and seasoned vegetables together in a bowl and put the sauce separately. **Dip the whelk in the sauce and eat it with seasoned vegetables. You can feel the crunchiness of vegetables as it is, and you can also feel the taste of sweet whelks.
** If you don't like the sweet taste of seasoned vegetables, remove the sugar.
** You can replace vegetables with something else at home. (You can add lettuce, chicory, etc.)
Still, I recommend you to add three kinds of cucumbers, onions, and perilla leaves.
** I like conch and octopus instead of whelk.
