STEP 1/7
I prepared two flying fish eggs that are packaged individually by 45g.
To defrost flying fish roe and remove fishy smell, soak it in cold water with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, strain it through a sieve and drain it.
STEP 2/7
Cut the crami into bite-size pieces and chop the cucumber, pickled radish, and perilla leaf into small pieces.
STEP 3/7
Chop the kimchi into small pieces.
Grease a preheated frying pan lightly and stir-fry kimchi and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.
When it's done, turn off the heat and mix it with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
STEP 4/7
Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil into each earthen pot and coat the floor and side thoroughly.
And put in a bowl of rice and spread it out.
STEP 5/7
Now put the trimmed ingredients nicely on the rice.
And put a lot of flying fish roe in the middle.
STEP 6/7
Close the lid of the earthen pot and turn on the light.
If you make a crackling sound in the earthen pot, lower the heat to medium and cook for another 5 minutes.
If you can't hear the patting sound, open the lid and cook it.
STEP 7/7
The rice with flying fish roe is well-made.:)
If you mix it well, it's so good!
Please prepare the earthen pot.
You can eat it more deliciously by making nurungji.
