STEP 1/25
Slice garlic into pieces.
STEP 2/25
Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 3/25
Boil pasta noodles in boiling water.
This pasta is for 12 minutes.

Add 1/2T of salt.

. Prepare Pepperoncino Hall by breaking it by hand. It smells better and it's spicy.
(Although I sometimes get the spicy taste in my hands)

Scoop out the Teczech whole wheat pasta, Linguni pasta noodles.

Don't throw away the noodles just in case. Stand by!
(I didn't have to use noodle water because water comes out from squid and cuttlefish.)

Put olive oil on the pasta noodles.
STEP 9/25
After mixing the pasta noodles evenly,
Leave it for a while.
STEP 10/25
Cut the cuttlefish and squid into bite-size pieces.
STEP 11/25
Wash it clean in running water in a strainer tray.
It's been less than a day since I caught it, so the mucus is amazing.

Place enough olive oil in a heated pan.
STEP 13/25
Add sliced garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 14/25
Add chopped onions.
STEP 15/25
Put in the pepperoncino hole.
STEP 16/25
When the garlic scent comes up,
Stir-fry sliced hanchi and squid.
STEP 17/25
Add 1/2T of salt.
STEP 18/25
Add 1/3T - 1/2T of pepper powder for liver.
STEP 19/25
Add 1 ton of Italian herbs.
STEP 20/25
Add the isny butter.
STEP 21/25
Add an additional ton of Italian herbs.
STEP 22/25
Add the boiled pasta noodles and mix them evenly.
STEP 23/25
Add 1 ton of salt.
STEP 24/25
Turn off the light.
Sprinkle 1t of parsley powder and mix evenly.
STEP 25/25
Put it in a bowl.
