Prepare Jin Ramen with mild taste or Samyang Ramen
Please prepare ramen that doesn't have a strong taste of the soup

Shred cucumber and carrot and chop Cheongyang red pepper
If you have bean sprouts, prepare them. If not, prepare vegetables with texture like me

I make cold ramen sauce
2 cups soy sauce, 2 vinegar, 2 sugar, 1 soup, 1 cup water paper cup

Add the noodles and the powder and cook it
If you prepared bean sprouts, boil them with noodles!

When the noodles are almost done, add the sliced onions and cook thoroughly

When the noodles are cooked, rinse them in cold or ice water several times

After rinsing, drain the noodles through a sieve and pour the cold ramen sauce into a bowl
STEP 8/8
Add plenty of ice and garnish with prepared vegetables, and you're done!
When choosing ramen, please prepare Jin Ramen mild flavor, Samyang Ramen, Anseongtangmyeon, etc., which does not have a strong taste of soup!
If the soup doesn't dissolve well when you make cold ramen sauce, use a slightly heated water to dissolve it
