STEP 1/14
Add 1T of water and a packet of anchovies. Don't turn up the heat!
STEP 2/14
Wash the onion well with the skin and add.
STEP 3/14
Add the white part of the green onion. It's good to include the roots.
STEP 4/14
This part can be omitted. You can add a little more anchovies or kelp depending on your preference. I only added kelp.
STEP 5/14
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Put in the vegetables you want to put in easily, put in the anchovy pack, and boil it! I'm going to cook it for at least 30 minutes from now!
STEP 6/14
When the water is half blown away, continue to add water and keep boiling. The amount of water doesn't matter. The point is to boil it for a long time!
STEP 7/14
Boil the onion until it breaks. Boil the vegetables until they are soft enough!
STEP 8/14
Strain the stock through the strainer and add 1T of soy sauce to the stock.
STEP 9/14
Season it with salt! You can do it according to your preference. It's delicious if you season the basic soup and put the sauce. Please put it in the refrigerator or freezer after this!
STEP 10/14
Mix 3T of minced sour kimchi, 1T of sesame seeds, and 1T of minced garlic well, and stir-fry 2T of oil in a pan over low heat! Stir-fry the kimchi until it is out of breath.
STEP 11/14
Please make egg white garnish! One serving is enough for one serving is enough. Place enough oil 2T in pan.
STEP 12/14
Make the yolk garnish, too! You can do it like Step 11!
STEP 13/14
Place chopped green onion (green portion), chopped peppers (1 serving), 1/2T minced garlic and 1/2T red pepper powder in a bowl. And put in a thick soy sauce that's perfect for you! You can add the seasoning or vegetables as you want to add the rest.
STEP 14/14
Add the garnish, seasoning, a bag of seasoned laver, well-cooked noodles, and broth, and plate it well before you eat it! Boil noodles, cool enough in cold water, and rinse!
TIP!
First. The amount of water doesn't matter.
You can add water based on 1L, boil it for a long time, and add water anyway, so the amount of water is okay.
Second. Use whatever you like.
You can cook all the garnish until you're breathless, and you can cook it without oil. When there is a lot of oil, it becomes greasy.
Third. The soup itself needs to be seasoned enough.
It is important to make the broth smell with soy sauce and season it neatly with salt.
Last tip! You don't have to do the sauce.
It would be nice to have the sauce, but you don't have to. Instead, you need to season the soup thoroughly. That way, it tastes good without the sauce.
