I prepared 2 kinds of kimchi for you. One is moderately deliciously cooked kimchi and the other is fully cooked and dried kimchi. Cut two kinds of kimchi Mix the sliced kimchi with seasoning. First, properly cooked kimchi: sesame oil, ground sesame seeds / Second, fully cooked kimchi: sesame oil, ground sesame seeds, oligosaccharide I usually put in 2~3T of sesame oil, 1~2T of ground sesame, and 1~2T of oligosaccharide. You can adjust it according to the taste of kimchi.
Depending on how well the kimchi is cooked, you can control it without adding oligosaccharide~
If you don't want to microwave tofu, blanch it in hot water
