STEP 1/12
Chop half a large onion into small pieces.
I'm going to use half to make meatballs and the other half to make sauce.
STEP 2/12
Grease a preheated frying pan with oil and stir-fry half of the chopped onion.
STEP 3/12
When the onion turns brown, add 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry together.
Then spread it out on a plate and let it cool for a while.
STEP 4/12
In a bowl, combine 300g of beef, 150g of pork, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a little bit of rosemary, 5 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese powder, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon parsley, and cooled and stir-fried onion.
STEP 5/12
Scoop it into the desired size and roll it in a round shape, put it in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of flour, and coat it with flour evenly.
STEP 6/12
Grease the preheated frying pan with plenty of oil and cook the meatballs evenly by rotating them.
And put on a plate and let stand for a while.
STEP 7/12
Stir-fry half of the onion and 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic in a frying pan.
STEP 8/12
When the onions are all fried, add commercial tomato sauce, add 2 bay leaves, a little pepper, and pre-baked meatballs and bring to a boil.
STEP 9/12
(Optional) I poured half a cup of milk into my mouth because the commercial tomato sauce I bought was too salty.
When you add milk, boil it down on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
STEP 10/12
When the water boils in the pot, add the spaghetti noodles and cook for 8 minutes.
STEP 11/12
When the noodles are cooked, drain the water and mix it well in the sauce.
STEP 12/12
Put it in a bowl and sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder and parsley to suit your taste.
Adjust the amount of commercial tomato sauce and spaghetti noodles according to your preference and circumstances.
There's a lot of meat, so if you add more sauce, you can serve up to 4 people.
