Wash the rind of the red dragon fruit clean, drain it, and put it in a container and pour sugar enough to cover the rind and peel. The point is that it includes the skin!!! The sugar including the shell of the dragon fruit is 1:1 ratio, and you can wait 100 days, filter out the shell, and eat it after aging for about a month

I put it in a container like this and used it for salads and stir-fried dishes. Or you can just drink it as a drink. But when I drank it as a drink, it wasn't as sweet and sour as other fruits, so I was a little bored
