Seasoned dried squid (Squid)
If you have dried squid at home, prepare the seasoning and make seasoned squid. A great seasoned dish is made as a side dish or as a side dish for beer :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Grill the dried squid evenly over the fire
STEP 2/8
Put the squid in paper and wrap it around
STEP 3/8
Tap with a bat (the edges will come off and the squid will be softened)

Dab as much as you want and scratch it with a knife to remove the burnt area in more detail
STEP 5/8
Rip it into bite-size pieces. If there is any burnt part left, cut it off, tear it thinly, and peel off the skin. Cut the legs into bite-size pieces and cut the long ones into bite-size pieces

Finished preparing the squid

Mix 1T of red pepper powder, 1T of soy sauce, 1T of plum extract, 1/2T of vinegar, 1T of oligosaccharide, 1T of garlic, 1T of sesame oil, salt of sesame seeds, and sesame seeds in the cut squid.
