Making Shrimp Soup with Black Tiger Shrimp
It's a good shrimp soup to eat coolly. I like both side dishes and hangover.

Ingredients
  • Black Tiger Shrimp
    10ea
  • a crown daisy
    1/2handful
  • Radish
    little
  • Korean style soy sauce
    4T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • chopped ginger
    1t
  • Red pepper powder
    2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Remove the water bag from the shrimp tail.
STEP 2/10
Put a sheath on the back.
STEP 3/10
Get rid of the intestines.
STEP 4/10
Cut the radish into 5mm pieces
Put it in a pot with shrimp.
Water is a soup dish, so I put in plenty.

Add minced garlic.
STEP 6/10
Add chopped ginger.
STEP 7/10
Add soy sauce to taste.
STEP 8/10
Add red pepper powder and boil it.
STEP 9/10
Add crown daisy or water parsley just before eating.
STEP 10/10
When the radish is cooked, it's done.
Cut radish not thick so that it cooks quickly. You can add fish sauce. If you want spicy flavor, I recommend Cheongyang red pepper powder. You can add about half a cup of soju.
