Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
You can prepare bigger ingredients like cabbage by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
First, I boil beef bone soup to make mala soup.
STEP 2/7
When the beef bone soup starts to boil, add 3 tablespoons of Heidi Rao malatang sauce to the beef bone soup.

After that, I'm going to untie the zumadang.
When you're loosening it, you can strain it so that it doesn't stick to the floor, as shown in the picture.

Filter the Sancho powder from the malatang sauce and boil the vegetables first.
Boil vegetables such as bok choy, cabbage, and bean sprouts at this time.
