  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut about 180g of ham into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/10
Cut 1/2 onion into cubes and prepare.
STEP 3/10
Slice about 1/5 carrots thinly into fan shapes, too.
STEP 4/10
Chop 2 peppers in pieces.
STEP 5/10
Put all the vegetables cut into the pan and add about 2T of cooking oil.
STEP 6/10
Add 0.5T of minced garlic and stir-fry it well
STEP 7/10
When the vegetables start to cook slightly, add all the ham you cut. Then continue to stir-fry the ham over high heat until it is cooked.
STEP 8/10
Add 1.5T of oyster sauce, 3T of ketchup, and 1.5T of oligosaccharide.
STEP 9/10
When the vegetables and ham are done, turn off the heat and add 0.5T of sesame seeds. And mix it evenly.
