STEP 1/12
I prepared ingredients to make a shrimp box.
Argentine red shrimp, which is frozen shrimp, is easily available at the mart.
Shrimps are easy to cook because their heads and intestines have already been removed.
STEP 2/12
Peel and wash the shrimp thoroughly, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and herb salt and let it measure for 10 minutes.
STEP 3/12
Chop the garlic into thick pieces, chop the onion into small pieces, and chop the spam into 2cm pieces.
STEP 4/12
Place spam in a frying pan over medium heat and cook until golden brown.
STEP 5/12
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry garlic, onions, and cheongyang peppers until golden brown.
If you like spicy food, you can add more chili peppers.
STEP 6/12
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan over medium heat and add shrimp.
STEP 7/12
Grill the shrimp until golden brown.
STEP 8/12
The reason why spam, shrimp, and garlic onions are cooked separately is because shrimp are overcooked when cooked together and garlic onions are easy to burn black.
STEP 9/12
Melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat and turn off heat.
Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, and pepper.
Turn off the heat when it boils while stirring over medium heat.
The mayo sauce is done.
STEP 10/12
Add shrimp, spam, garlic, and onions to the mayo sauce, mix them over high heat, and turn off the heat.
STEP 11/12
Put 2 bowls of rice in a side dish.
STEP 12/12
If you put garlic butter shrimp and sprinkle parsley powder on it, it's a very delicious shrimp box.
Especially, mayo sauce with onions and garlic is really a rice thief who calls for rice.
It's good as a lunch box or as a camping menu.
It tastes better if you stir-fry the ingredients separately and mix them with mayo sauce.
