How to make a sweet and sour blueberry smoothie
I made a smoothie with plain yogurt in frozen blueberries. I'll tell you the recipe for a blueberry smoothie that was good to eat as a summer drink because it was cool and sweet. :)

Ingredients
  • Blueberry
    75g
  • Milk
    70ml
  • Yogurt
    85ml
  • Honey
    1/2TS
  • Ice
    2~3piece
  • whipped cream
  • Apple mint
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash frozen blueberries in running water 2-3 times. For those who want it cooler, please prepare two to three pieces of ice.
STEP 2/5
Put blueberries, milk, and honey in a blender.
STEP 3/5
Add plain yogurt and 2~3 pieces of ice on top of that.
STEP 4/5
Grind the ingredients in a blender for 40 to 50 seconds until they are finely ground.
STEP 5/5
Put it in a prepared glass and put whipped cream, whipped cream, and blueberries on top.
It's pretty even if you put apple mint and blueberry right on top of the smoothie :)
