Butter garlic potato pancake is better than honey butter potato
Not honey butter, but what else is there besides potato pancake, so I made butter garlic potato pancake. It was more delicious than I thought, so I thought I would make it often!! If you have any potatoes left at home, I recommend this recipe :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Slice the potatoes thinly and prepare them
Since it is not a dish made by removing potato starch, wash the potatoes a little bit and throw them away!!

Add 0.5t of pepper and 1t of salt
STEP 3/8
Add 2 spoons of potato starch
It's better to make potatoes stick together because it's not potato pancake that's grated on the grater!!

Grease and place shredded potatoes in a frying pan
If you pour a little bit of starch water under the potatoes, it's easier to flip it over

Microwave 30g of unsalted butter for 20 seconds and add 1 spoon of crushed garlic to the melted butter

Put butter garlic on the potatoes. Put it on the top first, turn it upside down, and apply it again

Turn it upside down so that it doesn't burn. It's done

Sprinkle parsley powder on the finished potato griddle~
Parsley powder is not a must, so you can spray it if you are at home. :)
If you cook it on high heat, it will burn and the inside won't cook, so please cook it on medium heat
