This is French home-style creamy chicken Fricase, which I enjoyed on the weekend. It is made easily with ingredients that can be obtained cheaply at home without the need for wine or whipped cream. Cooking Steps

Add rosemary, parsley and pepper and mix well.

Add the chicken that you left out, close the lid, and simmer for 10 minutes over medium low heat.
After 10 minutes, turn the chicken over and boil over low heat for another 10 minutes (20 minutes total)
