Making Stir-fried Octopus (Frozen Octopus)
It's a spicy and soft stir-fried octopus recipe. It's delicious if you eat it with rice or boil noodles, put sesame oil on it, and mix it with it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/21
Defrost frozen octopus in cold water in advance.
STEP 2/21
Put the thawed frozen octopus in a bowl and add 2 spoons of flour.

Rinse the octopus in cold water.

Blanch the cleaned octopus in boiling water for about 10 to 15 seconds.

In a bowl, add 3 spoons of red pepper powder, 2 to 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of minced garlic, and pepper and mix well.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry green onions over medium-low heat to make green onion oil.

Stir-fry octopus over high heat for 1-2 minutes to blend well with seasoning.
