Cooking Steps

If you make it according to the measurement of this egg cookie, about 40 cookies will be completed!
First, prepare the ingredients.

The point is that butter is not forced to melt in the microwave because it is softened at room temperature! Make sure to use room temperature butter!

Place at room temperature and pour sugar into softened butter and mix well.

Then you can add the egg yolk and mix it, but if you have vanilla extract, add it together and mix it!

Sift the flour and starch finely and mix them^^

Mix it well until you can't see the powder. Like drawing an 11 line, mix it horizontally and vertically!

You can squeeze the dough right into the mold without any rest process! If it comes out like this, you can rub it with a bit of water and flatten it. It doesn't matter if you just grill it^^

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in a 170-degree oven.
