STEP 1/13
Wipe the blood off the beef with a kitchen towel.

Season with salt and pepper all over.

Remove middle seeds from paprika and chop to appropriate thickness.

Cut off the messy bottom of the enoki mushroom and dip it in the strands with your hands. Rinse lightly in water to remove moisture and cut into paprika-like lengths.

Add paprika and enoki mushrooms to the seasoned beef.

Roll it with your hands.

Roll the rest the same way.

Mix 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1 spoon of water, and 1 teaspoon of oligosaccharide in a bowl. Add raw wasabi or lotus bran to taste and mix.
STEP 9/13
Grease a heated frying pan with cooking oil and place the beef roll seam downwards.
STEP 10/13
Grill the beef roll over medium-low heat.
STEP 11/13
Roll the meat over medium low heat to prevent it from burning.
STEP 12/13
If you grill it until it's golden, it's done.
