Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the kimchi half-moon-shaped bowl into small pieces.
I like kimchi because it gets tangled well with rice grains when you cut it into small pieces.

Grease the pan moderately and stir-fry the green onions until golden brown first.

Add kimchi and a spoonful of sugar and stir-fry enough.

When kimchi is cooking, stir-fry it with soy sauce and then add red pepper powder.

Next, add rice and sesame seeds and stir-fry rice up and down.
Usually, you add sesame oil or perilla oil to fried rice at the end, but I tend to add a lot of sesame instead of oil because the rice seems to be getting greasy and wet.

Sprinkle the wide-spread kimchi fried rice with cheese, cover the pan, and wait 1 to 2 minutes for the cheese to melt
