Making Soft Sweet Pumpkin Sandwich
I had a sweet pumpkin cream cheese sandwich with cream cheese for my weekend brunch. Sweet pumpkin and cream cheese go really well together. It's the softest texture. Something soft and sweet melts in my mouth. There's a whole pumpkin in it, so it's really filling. Simple sweet pumpkin sandwich to make! Here's how to make it.

  • Milk

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, wipe the pumpkin with baking soda.
Wipe thoroughly with a clean sponge.
STEP 2/10
Then, soak it in vinegar water for 5 minutes.
STEP 3/10
With the tip facing down, wrap it in a plastic bag and microwave it for 2 minutes.
STEP 4/10
After 2 minutes, peel with a potato knife.
It comes off more easily if you turn it once and then cut it.
STEP 5/10
Wrap it in plastic again and microwave it for 3 minutes.
STEP 6/10
Remove seeds and stalks from the ripe pumpkin.
STEP 7/10
Now crush the pumpkin and mix well with 1 tablespoon of honey, 4 tablespoon of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
STEP 8/10
Cut the edges of the bread and spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each side.
I applied it with Philadelphia cream cheese.

And apply the prepared sweet pumpkin thoroughly.
And cover it to make it easy to eat and cut it in half.
