STEP 1/7
Prepare 1/2 onion, 1/2 green onion white part, and 3tol of garlic
Slice the ingredients thinly
If you prepare whole garlic, you can smash it with a knife, crush it to make gin, and mince it. I just replaced it with 1T of minced garlic
STEP 2/7
In a skillet, stir-fry sliced onions, green onions, and garlic
Stir-fry the garlic until it's golden brown
As long as it's not burnt, it's okay as long as it's not burnt
STEP 3/7
Add 1/4 cup pepper seeds and 2 cups cooking oil and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes
STEP 4/7
Add 1/2 cup fine pepper powder and simmer for 3 more minutes
It might burn with chili powder, so you can lower the heat
STEP 5/7
Remove from heat and let stand for 30 minutes
Let the ingredients taste better as they cool down
It smells really good
Sweet and spicy smell
STEP 6/7
After 30 minutes, strain the oil through a sieve
There are vegetables and chili powder, so the oil might not come out well, so you can squeeze it with a spoon or something like that
If you don't use the leftover ingredients, you can put them in the freezer and add them little by little when you boil the yukgaejang
STEP 7/7
It's Lee Jongim's multi-purpose pepper seed oil
Mr. Lee Jong-im made spicy beef radish soup, so I tried it, and it was really good^^
Even if it looks small, you can use 2T each when you boil it, so you can use it several times and stir-fry it, so it's good for stir-fried fish cake
Slice the ingredients thinly so that the taste comes out well
If you don't skip it right after boiling, leave it for 30 minutes to taste better, you'll get the multi-purpose pepper seed oil that will add a sharper and cleaner taste
