I'm going to open up the cold noodle soup.
We had to prepare 3 servings on this day, so we opened a lot of broth.
It's good to open a pack for one person.

Pour the ripened kimchi soup into the cold noodle broth and mix it.
You don't have to season it.
If the broth itself smells like kimchi, that's enough.
Put the finished broth in the freezer and let the thin ice get stuck.

While the broth is ready, make kimchi garnish.
Add sesame oil and sesame salt to chopped kimchi
Mix it well and prepare kimchi garnish.
STEP 4/8
If the ingredients are ready, boil the noodles.
If you leave a cup of cold water next to you and wash the noodles a little bit, you will know if the noodles are cooked or if you need to boil more.

Turn the noodles into a bowl and put them in a bowl

Put kimchi garnish and boiled egg on top.
STEP 7/8
And if you pour the prepared kimchi-roll broth, it's done.

You can grill the meat and prepare it together.
