Chewy recipe for stir-fried shiitake mushroom oyster sauce!
I really like mushrooms.I tend to buy and eat different kinds of shiitake mushrooms, but I didn't know they were at home this time, so I bought another shiitake mushrooms again.. I made it because there were no side dishes in one soup, but it was a bowl of rice with stir-fried shiitake mushrooms that were more delicious than chewy meat. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare the ingredients.
Slice 5 shiitake mushrooms and chop onions and carrots! Mix and prepare soy sauce (1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1/2 spoon of minced garlic) in advance
STEP 2/8
First, put 2 spoons of perilla oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry chopped green onions
STEP 3/8
When green onions turn yellowish, stir-fry shiitake mushrooms, onions, and carrots.
STEP 4/8
I added 1 spoon of olive oil to help shiitake mushrooms absorb oil quickly and stir-fry vegetables.
