Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
It's frozen short rib patties. I defrosted it and made it into a bite shape.
STEP 2/13
Grease and cook over low heat slowly until golden.

It's grilled deliciously.

Wash the lucola clean and cut into bite-size pieces. Instead of Lucola, shred the perilla leaves and place them on top.

Put rice in a bowl.

Place well-cooked short rib patties around.

I put the lucola on top and put a lot of sesame powder on top.
My favorite Lucola
A rucola by a farmer in Geoje who is eating more than lettuce. Kids don't feel repulsed anymore and they eat well wherever they put it's.

I sprinkled 2 to 3 spoons of lemon soy sauce. Grilled short rib patties from the country legs are seasoned because they are not seasoned. You can put in the soy sauce. Add 1 spoon of sesame oil.

I defrosted the short rib patties and put them up in a pretty circle shape. I put on a lot of lucola, which is good for the body and smells good, and sprinkled sesame powder.
