Cooking Steps

Stir-fry 300g of ground pork evenly so that it does not clump together with 1 tablespoon of oil, and when it is half-cooked, add 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Add half a minced onion and a tbsp of minced garlic and a little green onion.

Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and stir-fry to make chili oil.

When some red pepper oil comes out, add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, pork cutlet sauce, or 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry.

Boil the udon in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.

Put it directly into the stir-fried meat without rinsing it with cold water.

Mix with stir-fried pork.

Put the stir-fried udon in a bowl.

Place a handful of chopped chives on top. Add 1 yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
