STEP 1/8
Chop the onion and chives.
I used 1/4 small onions.
It takes about 10 stems of chives.

Remove the string from the egg and beat it finely. When the lump falls, the white and the yolk are separated and cooked. Mix the yolk and white well.

Put one and a half bowls of rice in 3 cups of broth,
Bring to a boil until the grains of rice are melted.
I used a grain of broth.
If you don't have broth or a grain of broth, you can boil it with bottled water.

When the rice grains are spread, add chopped onions and bring to a boil.
Add 2 cups of broth.
If there's less broth, it can turn into ginbap
It's good to have enough dead broth.

Wrap the egg around the boiling edge
After putting it in, scoop rice with a ladle and put it on top.
If you stir the porridge after adding the egg mixture, the smell of egg fishy may come up, so be careful. Cook the egg mixture with a ladle as if you are putting it back on top

When the egg is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of tuna liquid
Please season it.
You can adjust the seasoning with salt.
If you boil it with broth, you'll get hit with tuna liquid.
STEP 7/8
Season and mix with chives and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Please turn off the gas.
STEP 8/8
You can cook the chives in the residual heat of the egg porridge.
Add the egg mixture and cook it without stirring to catch the fishy taste of the egg.
