While the rice is being cooked, chop the Cheongyang red pepper and green onion into small pieces.
STEP 9/14
Add chopped green onion and Cheongyang red pepper to the soy sauce.
STEP 10/14
And add all the seasoning ingredients.
STEP 11/14
Mix evenly and wait until the rice is cooked.
STEP 12/14
The rice is done. It looks like a squid has bloomed.
STEP 13/14
Mix well-cooked rice evenly so that radish, rice, and squid mix well.
STEP 14/14
Put the sauce on top and it's done! Mix it well!
You have to chop the squid to make it soft. It doesn't smell fishy when lemon juice is in it. Since the radish juice comes out, it's better to put in a little less than usual. Pink is the color of squid.
