Cut the radish into pieces.

Chop the squid.

Place radish on top of well-washed rice.

The rice is done. It looks like a squid has bloomed.

You have to chop the squid to make it soft.
It doesn't smell fishy when lemon juice is in it.
Since the radish juice comes out, it's better to put in a little less than usual.
