Hello, I'm Mr. Tangerine. I made delicious vegan sushi using shiitake mushrooms. Usually, shiitake mushrooms didn't like their unique scent, but now that they are made of sushi, I can enjoy this taste. It's a unique sushi that helps you manage your weight using various vegetables as well as mushrooms. :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
boiling water to blanch chives
STEP 2/7
Remove the shiitake mushroom column and cut it thickly sideways and boil it down with mushroom sauce.
STEP 3/7
While the mushroom sauce is being boiled down, add the mixed vinegar to a bowl of rice, toss, and cool.
STEP 4/7
Put a little salt in boiling water and blanch the chives one by one.
STEP 5/7
Make chilled rice into bite-sized pieces and put wasabi on it.
STEP 6/7
Put the boiled mushrooms in the sauce
Wrap a stem of chives and you're done!
