STEP 1/9
For beef, mince it finely or use the meat
Add minced garlic and sesame oil and pepper to season

Cut the cucumber into 2mm thick pieces
Add 0.5 tablespoons of thick salt and marinate for about 10 minutes

Squeeze the water out of pickled cucumbers
The more water you squeeze, the better it tastes
But if it's too salty and there's no moisture left, it doesn't taste good

When the pan is heated over medium heat, add cooking oil
Stir-fry the seasoned beef
When the meat is cooked, the moisture is gone, and it's fluffy
Add the pickled cucumber and stir-fry it quickly in a short time
Hold on You're not supposed to stir-fry the cucumbers until they're cooked
Stir-fry for 30 seconds until the moisture is gone

Add chopped garlic tuna and sesame oil, stir-fry them, and turn off the heat
STEP 6/9
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on the remaining preheating
The crunchy and crunchy stir-fried cucumber is done

Put a lot of beef stir-fried cucumber in the bowl
Put it on top of the red pepper and sprinkle sesame seeds
Red pepper is optional

The more you chew, the better the texture of the cucumber
If you put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold, it tastes better

If you have leftover beef, stir-fry it with cucumbers
If there's no beef, it's good to just stir-fry cucumbers
