Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash bean sprouts several times with clean water. Remove the dirty bean sprouts.
STEP 2/4
Place bean sprouts only in a thick-bottomed skillet and cook over low heat for 7 minutes, with the lid closed
STEP 3/4
Season the blanched bean sprouts without rinsing them in cold water.
1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of salt,
Add chopped carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds and mix well
STEP 4/4
Take out the non-spicy bean sprouts and put the rest of them in the seasoned bean sprouts
