Cooking Steps

Lettuce is blanched and used. When the water boils, add a spoonful of salt. Then the color of the lettuce is clearer

Blanch the lettuce slightly in boiling water and remove it.

I take a cold shower right away. Lettuce leaves are so soft that they ripen in between, so you should prepare cold water in advance and rinse it right away.

Squeeze the blanched lettuce.
