STEP 1/12
Chop the half of the onion into small pieces.

Please prepare two handfuls of green onion medicine by cutting it sideways.

Please prepare 2/3 cups of kimchi by cutting it with scissors.

Mix one egg slightly until you can see the whites and yolks.

Add a pinch of chopped ginger, 2T of sugar, 5T of soy sauce, and 5T of cooking wine to 360ml of water and stir well to make nabe soup.

Place sliced onions in a saucepan and pour in the nabe soup.

Add kelp and simmer.

Add all the remaining sweet and sour pork and green onions. And keep boiling over high heat. If the tangsuyuk is over a day old, add it from the beginning and boil it.

When the soup boils down a little, add all the chopped kimchi.
STEP 10/12
Add all the beaten eggs when the soup is about to boil down. Do not stir the eggs, but cook them about 90%.
STEP 11/12
Turn off the heat when the eggs are well cooked.

It's a sweet and sour pork kimchi nabe where you can enjoy the leftover sweet and sour pork.
The longer the tangsuyuk gets, the faster you put it in and boil it.
