  • Cooking oil

  • brewed soy sauce

  • pepper seed oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly, tap the strainer to drain, wash the oyster mushrooms, and press down with your hands to drain
STEP 2/8
Shred carrot, onion and green onion and tear mushrooms into lengths
STEP 3/8
Put 2T of cooking oil in a pan, preheat it, and then put the vegetables

Add 1T of minced garlic, 1T of brewed soy sauce, 1T of anchovy sauce and stir-fry evenly
