Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
To make burdock japchae
I need braised burdock.
I cut burdock thinner than glass noodles and boil it down, but you can use it from the side dish store.
I'll upload the recipe for braised burdock separately.
STEP 2/14
Chop all the vegetables into shreds. Especially, slice onions thinly.
Beat in 2 eggs, make egg garnish, and shred.
It's better if it's white and yellow.
STEP 3/14
Stir-fry onions with oil.Stir-fry more vegetables, not alive.
Don't season it.
STEP 4/14
I'll stir-fry paprika, too.
Don't season it.

Stir-fry carrots and then add chives at the end.
Hold your breath completely.
Don't season it.
STEP 6/14
Grease and stir-fry fish cake in a pan, pour a spoonful of water, and stir-fry it with 2 spoons of seasoning in braised burdock.

Pour all the stir-fried vegetables into a wide tray or ladle.

Boil the glass noodles in boiling water.
If you soak the glass noodles for about 30 minutes, they will cook in about 3 minutes. I boiled it right away and it took about 8 to 9 minutes.

Wash the boiled noodles in cold water. Then shake off the water and remove completely.
If the glass noodles are long, please cut them.
If you use cut noodles, there's no need to cut them and it's comfortable.

Let's make the sauce for the noodles.
2 cups of soy sauce, 1 cup of sugar, and a little bit of sesame oil
Give it to me.

Turn off the sauce over high heat.

Stir-fry it quickly.
Then you can welcome 100 percent pretty glass noodles.

Pour the stir-fried glass noodles into a vegetable tray.

Grind the sesame seeds, add some, sprinkle some sesame oil, and mix with the vegetables. Add braised burdock and egg garnish.
Mix gently when mixing with vegetables. Or the egg garnish will break.

Don't season vegetables. There are glass noodles, burdock, and fish cake seasoning, so it's perfect if you mix them. When cooking oil is added to the soy sauce and boiled, the color of the noodles comes out well.
