  • Black Bean Noodles

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Water
    300ml
  • Eggs

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
-Please check the ingredients above and prepare it.
- Boil 300ml of water. You boil the noodles and then pour out the water for jajang ramen. If you use 300ml of water, you can just cook ramen.

While waiting for the water to boil, make a fried egg.
Grease a heated frying pan with 2T cooking oil, and place eggs on top. Don't pop the yolk and bake it until the outside is golden.

If you want the noodles to be a bit too watery, add 350ml of water.
