STEP 1/9
Add sugar powder (60g) to grape seed oil (45g) and mix with a whisk.
STEP 2/9
Add 1 egg and 1 ton of vanilla oil, and vanilla oil is added to get rid of the fishy smell of the egg. If you don't have it, you can add vanilla powder. But if you don't put it in, this recipe is made of grape seed oil, not butter, so it might smell like eggs, so please put in vanilla oil.
STEP 3/9
Then add the sifted flour (140g) and b.p (2g) and mix it with a spatula until there is no raw powder.
STEP 4/9
Then add the chocolate chip (50g) and mix well.
STEP 5/9
Then cover the dough with plastic or plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
STEP 6/9
After 30 minutes, place the dough on the baking pan, and place the plastic on top of it and press it with your hands to shape it. If you just touch it with your hands, it's good to shape it with plastic on top Please make the left and right sides longer in the picture you see.. Make the top and bottom as narrow as possible, and adjust the thickness to about 2cm.
STEP 7/9
Then bake in a preheated 180 oven for 20-25 minutes. I supported another baking pan because I was afraid the bottom would burn.
STEP 8/9
When it's cooked, cut it into 1 to 1.5cm thick pieces when it's hot. If it gets cold, it can break, so please work quickly when it's hot
STEP 9/9
Then place them side by side in a baking pan, bake them in a preheated 170 oven for 10 minutes, and if the top color doesn't work, turn them over again and bake for another 10 minutes. Then, cool it enough in a cooling net and keep it sealed. The expiration date is not long, so eat it as soon as possible.
Sieve the flour and b.p twice before preparing.
