Chop the onion and paprika into small pieces

Place minced garlic in a frying pan and make garlic oil

When the garlic scent comes up, add the beef brisket

Add whole pepper and cook beef using chopsticks

When the color of the beef disappears, add the chopped vegetables

Add ketchup and sraricha sauce

After you taste it, add the seasoning
It was a bit bland, so I added half a tablespoon of oyster sauce
Stir-fry it for 3 minutes and blow away the moisture

Place a sheet of tortilla on an empty frying pan, grill it back and forth, and put cheddar cheese on one side

Place beef sauce on top of cheese

Add mozzarella cheese to your liking ~

Fold it in half and bake it until it's golden brown

Cut into bite-size pieces and serve in a bowl ~
When you grill tortillas, you have to grill them on the lowest heat
If you don't like spicy taste, you can replace it with ketchup or tomato sauce (for pasta) instead of Sriracha sauce!
