Remove the potato peel and cut.

Put the potatoes in a pot and boil them for 20 minutes with water enough to cover them.

Mash the potatoes in a bowl.
If you don't have a mashing tool, it's convenient to use a fork.

Add 2 spoons of parmesan powder, 3 spoons of potato starch, and 4 pinch of salt and mix well.

Prepare the cheese.

Flatten the potatoes and divide roughly.

Take some off and put cheese in the middle and roll it in a circle.

When you're done, cover it with a wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Coat the potato balls from the refrigerator with egg wash.

And then put bread crumbs on it.

Preheat oil when ready to fry.

Add potato balls to preheated oil and fry them gently.
Roll carefully and fry the bread crumbs gently so that they don't burn.

It's crispy and well fried.
