It's perfect for wine side dishes! Making tomato capreze salad
I made a refreshing capreze using the remaining tomatoes~ The color is pretty, so it's a good menu not only for wine but also for guest invitations :)

Ingredients
  • Tomato
    2ea
  • mozzarella cheese
    125g
  • a young leaf vegetable
    little
  • olive oil
    2TS
  • balsamic vinegar
    1TS
  • Honey
    1TS
  • onion
    1/8ea
  • lemon juice
    2~3drop
  • Salt
    1little
  • basil powder
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Put 1 tablespoon of vinegar in cold water, soak the tomatoes for about 5 minutes, wash them in running water, and prepare them.
STEP 2/9
Wash the young leaves and soak them in water.
STEP 3/9
Chop the onions for the sauce and soak them in water for about 5 minutes to remove the arin taste.
STEP 4/9
Cut the raw mozzarella cheese into 1 to 1.5cm pieces.
STEP 5/9
Cut tomatoes into similar thicknesses as cheese.
STEP 6/9
Put the ingredients in the bowl and mix well to make the sauce.
STEP 7/9
Put tomatoes and raw mozzarella cheese one by one on a wide plate and make a circle.
STEP 8/9
Place the leafy vegetables in the middle and decorate them on top of the tomatoes.
STEP 9/9
Sprinkle the sauce you made before you eat it, and it's done.
Cheese and tomato should be similar in thickness to make it prettier when plated :)
