This is Ulleungdo's wildcat greens that my mother gave me. These are vegetables grown in the garden. It has a mild and soft texture, not a strong scent, so it's really delicious if you boil it and season it, and it's a vegetable that keeps chopsticks going because of its subtle scent.

Cooking Steps

It didn't come out in early spring, but it had a bit of texture, so I blanched it for 2~3 minutes.
When the water boils, add thick salt and blanch the vegetables until green.
Take a cold shower and squeeze the water out.
Please don't twist it too much.
You can cut the long ones into bite-sized pieces, but I didn't have to cut them, so I just cooked them.

I put home soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame salt, and perilla oil and mix them well.
If you put sesame powder like this, it will be more savory, so add sesame powder for the savory taste.
The vegetables are gathered together, so you can mix them gently.

I like the scent of the vegetables, so I added the seasoning to the minimum.

I left a little bit of rice, so I added a little more soy sauce and mixed it. It's so good.
I don't need any other side dishes if I have only one good vegetable.

I seasoned it with Joseon soy sauce and used perilla oil. If you don't have soy sauce at home, use sesame oil instead of perilla oil.
