STEP 1/8
Let's take the ingredients out of the refrigerator.
Garlic stem is the key point, and I gathered ingredients that would go well with it.
a person's standard
6 garlic stems, 1/5 onions, 150g thinly sliced pork belly
And I prepared Kkonkylie pasta.
STEP 2/8
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces.
I think it would be good if you scoop it with a spoon and cut it into edible sizes.
I cut the pork belly with scissors.
STEP 3/8
I'm going to cook it with a stainless pan.
The stainless pan needs to be heated enough before cooking.
When you spray water, if you roll like that, it's heated up well
STEP 4/8
Add olive oil and add all the ingredients.
STEP 5/8
I stir-fried it gently and added 1 tablespoon of tuna liquid.
You can add salt, but I wanted to give it a savory taste, so I replaced it with tuna liquid.
If there is no tuna liquid, you can season it with fish sauce or salt.
Try it and make it slightly salty than usual. If you add pasta, it will taste good.
STEP 6/8
Sprinkle some pepper and the sauce is done!
STEP 7/8
The point of pasta is to cook on time.
Each product has a recommended time, so please prepare a timer and set the time.
I cooked the teceko konkylie for 13 minutes.
STEP 8/8
When the noodles are cooked
Put the pasta in a pan with sauce,
Add two extra ladles of noodles, please.
It allows the sauce and pasta to mix better.
Stir-fry it and taste it It's going to be a little bland. Season with salt.
Even if it doesn't contain garlic, it has enough of the pungent smell of garlic.
You can make it with bacon instead of pork belly, but when it's made with pork belly, it's more chewy.
If you scoop it with a spoon, it's easy to eat. You can eat it without leaving any sauce!
