I decided to make short rib soup at home because it was too expensive. There was a little left because it was enough, but I made galbi rice noodles for the remaining galbitang. If you cook galbitang, you can use it for a variety of dishes!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Ribs are soaked in water to remove blood and smell, and cooking wine and coffee powder are added.

When it boils, blood comes up, and I prepared meat for galbitang once in cold water.
STEP 3/13
Add 1 spoonful of oyster sauce and 4 spoonfuls of soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add 2L of water and boil it for a long time.
It was set for about an hour and a half because the meat had to be boiled until it was well separated from the bone, not until the meat was cooked.

When it's done, take out the onions and green onions and season them.
Add about 3 spoons of fish sauce and season the rest with flower salt.
You can sprinkle pepper on the galbitang according to your preference before eating it.

Put the chopped green onions in a bowl for galbitang, take out the galbitang, and add enough soup to make galbitang!

This time, I will make galbi rice noodles with the leftover galbitang.
Soak rice noodles in cold water for an hour.

After making galbitang, boil the remaining soup again.
You can continue to make galbitang, but I would like to make a new galbitang dish with the feeling of Yangji rice noodles.

Slice green onions and onions thinly.
At this time, onions serve as licorice to reproduce the taste of pho, so if you want to taste Vietnamese pho, make sure to cut and add onions!

In principle, soaked rice noodles should be boiled in hot water for about a minute, but it was annoying, so we decided to boil it in galbitang.
(But I soon regretted it. Not cooked well)

Put rice noodles in a bowl and place well-cooked ribs on top.
