Prepare one large onion and two medium potatoes.

Using a chopping knife, shred the potatoes very thinly.

Then, soak it in cold water for more than 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, drain the potatoes through a sieve.

Slice the onion as thin as possible.

Put sliced onions and potatoes in a clean bowl and mix well with 6 tbsp breadcrumbs, 4 tbsp potato starch, 3 tbsp flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp salt and pepper.

I prepared round mozzarella cheese.
It's for salad, and it's perfect for a fried dish.
Drain as much as necessary.

Remove some of the dough and add the cheese in the middle, cover it with the dough and make a circle by hand and quickly put it in the preheated oil.

If you heat it too high, the onion burns quickly, so when the oil is preheated, cook it evenly by reducing it to medium-low heat and rolling it.

If there is a dough that is out of shape, fry it while shaping it with chopsticks.

Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and mix well.

It's delicious enough without sauce.
