Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I prepared a big onion to make it for two people.
STEP 2/6
Chop the onions, please. (I cut it into half-moon shapes to cut it long.)
STEP 3/6
Place shredded onions in a bowl and mix well with 2T of coarse salt. And leave it for 5 to 10 minutes. (It's the operation of dying and soaking the onion.)
STEP 4/6
Wash pickled onions two to three times in water, soak them in cold water, and leave them for 5 to 10 minutes. (It is the process of removing the spicy taste of onions and removing the saltiness.)
STEP 5/6
Remove the onions and press them with your hands to drain them, and mix them well with 1T of brewed vinegar and 1T of lemon juice. Leave the mixed onions to boil the Chapagetti.
STEP 6/6
Place onions on top of finished Chapagetti. I like the combination of pickled onions and Chapagetti. Onions help with the greasiness and make the texture better.
Onions with vinegar and lemon juice become more delicious while Chapagetti is boiled.
