Prepare the prepared meat after removing the blood with a kitchen towel.

Cut off the bottom of the mushrooms and cut them into 8 pieces.

Prepare onions and green onions by cutting them into small pieces.

Put the beef, onion, and green onion in a wide bowl.

Add thick soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, minced garlic, glutinous rice powder, sesame oil, and pepper on top of it.

Mix the added seasonings well and knead the dough for about 5 minutes to make it sticky.

Put soy sauce, water, honey, and sesame oil in another bowl and make tteokgalbi sauce.

Scoop 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of pre-dried meat into a circle, then insert a pine mushroom in the middle to make a shape.

Put the meat in the basket of the air fryer and spread the sauce.
STEP 10/11
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, turn over, apply the sauce again, and bake for 5 to 10 minutes.

When it's done, put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds to complete the Saesongi Grilled Short Rib Patties!
You can grill it with a pan over low heat, but if you use an air fryer, the shape will get ruined, so it's easy to grill it because you just have to match the time :)
